Thai Massage-$55:
Unlike Western methods of massage, Thai massage is performed with the patient wearing loose fitted clothing. Pressure is applied by pressure of the thumbs over select parts of the body in correspondence to the areas of pain over the entire body. Specific areas can be massaged for particular bodily complaints.
Structural Massage-$55
Structural massage works gently to realign the skeletal system by slowly removing the toxins from the muscles and lengthening the connective tissue than inserts from muscle to bone. Stress is the number one cause of toxins in the muscle. When you are stressed, the adrenal gland "pumps" the muscle with adrenal fluid, when you start to relax; the fluid withdraws back into the gland leaving a residue of toxins that stay in the fluid of the muscles. This builds up over time, and the result is sore, tight muscles that are painful and prone to injury. Tight muscles then slowly shrink and shorten the connective tissue to the bone. The shrinkage is a major source of joint problems and causes a gradual unalignment of the structure of the skeleton.
